Nadim and Ayesha Qureshi bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 129 Bellerosa Dr. in Des Peres from Patricia and Thomas Lecorchick for $675,000 on Sept. 14.

The Lecorchicks paid $775,764 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 4,511-square-foot house was built in 2004.

Mr. Qureshi serves as vice president of corporate strategy and development at Solutia Inc., a chemical production company headquartered in Town and Country. Prior to his current position, he was the vice president and general manager of the company's nylon resins business. Before that, he was a management consultant with CRA International and a process engineer at Teknor Apex Co.

He received his B.S. in chemical engineering and his M.S. in macromolecular science and engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He earned his M.B.A from Northwestern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 142 home sales in Des Peres in 2008, with a median sales price of $356,500.
