Augusto Davila acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 19815 Ringwald Court in Klein from Madhu S. Vashist and his wife, Mohini, on Nov. 24.

The Vashists acquired the property from Robert Dickerson, Felicia Dickerson and Sears Home Services in June 2006. The 2,208-square-foot home, which was built in 2003 in Gleannloch Farms, is valued at $155,644.

Mr. Vashist is a senior development specialist at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. He previously was a senior functional consultant at CSC and was a consultant at DoubleClick. He also worked as a technical specialist at Oracle.

He attended Panjab University, the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and Guru Nanak Dev University.

The Vashists also own homes at 9027 Edenbridge St. in Klein, 11102 Maynard Place in North Houston and 17419 Renee Springs Court in Klein.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,301 home sales in Klein during the past 12 months.
