The Capetillos acquired the house in March 2004. The 3,111-square-foot house in Memorial Way subdivision was built in 1965. It is valued at $383,926.

Aumir has been an accountant at Houston Municipal Employees Pension Fund and previously served as a staff accountant at Reliant Energy, an NRG Energy Company, provider of electricity and energy services to approximately 1.6 million retail customers.

Aumir attended University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business and Rice University.
