The 2,237-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Cypresswood Lake subdivision. The Nwogobos constructed the property in Oct. 2003. It is valued at $137,331.

Chukwuemeka Nwogobo is a professor of chemistry at Houston Community College Southwest.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,724 home sales in Spring during the past 12 months.
