Dionne Fedderson bought a home at 22 San Miguel Court in Manhattan Beach from James R. Pugh for $829,000 on Sept. 30.

Ms. Fedderson is a marketing and advertising masters student at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

She is also one of the board members of the Arizona Science Center. She also is the daughter of the CEO and founder of Don Fedderson Productions that her mother, former actress Yvonne Lime, now heads.

There have been 294 home sales in Manhattan Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.535 million.
