Mr. Duszynski is the director of project shared services at Mustang Engineering. Previously, he was director of the Gulf Coast region at Palmetto Management & Engineering. He also worked as VP of global procurement at CB&I, an oil and energy firm.

He attended the University of Maryland College Park.
