Scott Kortright and Erica Kortright have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 810 Shiraz Passage in Galveston for $1.299 million.

The 3,344-square-foot house was built in 2008 and is located in the Galveston subdivision. Michael Greiner of My Castle Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Kortright is the marketing director at GeoGraphix, a Dubai-based company which offers Windows-based geoscience and interpretation software. Previously, he held various managerial positions at Halliburton. He also worked for Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and the Ball Group.

He received his B.A. and his B.S. in advertising and art history from Syracuse University in 1990, and his M.B.A. in marketing from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1996. He also attended Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ms. Kortright works for the H&B product management at Mercer HR Services, LLC. She has been with the company since Aug. 1998. Previously, she was a delivery manager at Hewitt Associates.

She attended Trinity University.
