Wileman paid $395,000 for the property in July 1997.

Mr. Aslanian is co-founder, president and CEO of Inverselogic, LLC, an internet professional services firm headquartered in Glendale. In addition to his work at Inverselogic, he also serves on the board of directors at Business Information Systems, Inc., a La Crescenta-based mobile technology solutions company.

There have been 155 sales in La Crescenta-Montrose in 2008, with a median price of $612,500.
