Phillips and Turner paid $1.247 million in May 2006. The 1,953-square-foot home was built in 1931.

Dr. Borzutzky is a staff physician at the USC University Park Health Center in Los Angeles, where she specializes in urgent care, primary care and women's health.

She has an M.D. from the UCLA School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and her fellowship in adolescent medicine at Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 home sales in Griffith Park/Los Feliz during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $850,000.
