Beazer Homes just put the finishing touches on its newest model home in The Preserve at Highland Glen. The new one-story design represents the builder’s offerings for homes up to 55 feet in width.

The Cameron floor plan has 2,197 square feet with four bedrooms and two baths. The large one-story layout has a formal dining room and an open-concept kitchen and family room. The model home showcases the study option, shown in lieu of a secondary bedroom, and a covered rear porch.

“Beazer added the new design to its collection in response to consumer demand. Since its opening in late summer of 2012, the Preserve at Highland Glen has seen quite a bit of new-home sales activity,” said Jamie Betts, vice president of sales for Beazer Homes.

“The great location off the Pearland Parkway, combined with new eco-friendly home designs, offers buyers in this area a winning combination,” Betts added.

New home shoppers are invited to tour the new, fully furnished model along with two other model homes offered by Beazer Homes in the community. Homes are priced from the $180,000s and range in size from 1,600 to over 4,300 square feet.

The Preserve at Highland Glen is situated off the Pearland Parkway and Barry Rose Lane, offering easy access to the Sam Houston Tollway, state Highway 288 and state Highway 35.

The boutique community will include three scenic neighborhood parks plus a splash pad and playground for children. Greenbelt trails will wind throughout the community.

To visit, from Sam Houston Parkway, exit the Pearland Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Barry Rose Lane. Or visit the community at www.ThePreserveatHighlandGlen.com.
