As part of sweeping changes in many of its vehicle lines, Chrysler is poised to introduce redesigns on many of their car brands and establish new product lines over the next two years.

Some of those changes will begin after the new year and at the Port Lavaca Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep dealership, this is no different. The auto dealer expects two vehicles, the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Dodge Charger, to undergo changes for their 2011 models.

According to Scott Wideman, the marketing director for Port Lavaca Dodge Chrysler Jeep, the Charger is being redone and it remains very popular among its customers. In addition, Wideman expects the dealership to receive the anticipated redesign of the Jeep Compass on their lots by spring.

The new Compass will be sleeker and more compact, which will allow for better gas mileage, according to Wideman.
