Software engineer acquires Brentwood 2BD

Medium a2befd526e0d8b3a9d56030df45e895e Brent Murata and Inez Murata bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 707 Rochedale Way in Brentwood from Michael Dean Bryman and Esther Bryman McVickar for $1.085 million on May 28.

The 2,579-square-foot house was built in 1959.

Mr. Murata has been the vice president of software engineering at Ikona Medical Corp. and founder at MLM Entertainment Group. He previously served as principal software engineer at Harman Consumer Group, as consultant at Infinite Biomedical Technologies and as director of software engineering at PhatNoise Inc.

He earned both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 318 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.215 million.
