Hugh Waters, Linda Waters and Courtney Waters sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 30105 Amelia Dr. in Agoura Hills to Joanne Kress and Ryan Kress for $665,000 on Sept. 22.

The Waters acquired the property for $690,000 in Dec. 2004. The 2,430-square-foot house, which was built in 1984, is in Forest Cove.

Mr. Waters is chairman and CEO at TMCO International Inc., a management consulting firm. He was previously a managing principal at Computer Sciences Corporation and served as a senior executive and a technologist.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 218 home sales in Agoura Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $520,000.
