Payam Youssefian bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 329 S. Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills from Alfred Lee, Lisa Y. Lee and Sofia Lee for $2.31 million on Oct. 27.

The Lees paid $1.42 million for the property in Sept. 2001. The 4,016-square-foot house was built in 2000 in South Beverly Hills.

Youssefian has been the owner of San Louis Textile, a textile company. He started his company in 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 220 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.565 million.
