The property was transferred to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation on April 16. The 1,066-square-foot condo is part of the 23300 - 23320 Marigold Ave. condo development. It is located in South West Carson.

Mr. Kring is a missions operations engineer at Space Exploration Technologies Corp., a space transport company headquartered in Hawthorne. He previously worked at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, where he served as a senior systems engineer.

Prior to that, he served as a logistics specialist, radar engineer and test investment manager with the U.S. Air Force.

He attended Wright State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 128 condo sales in West Carson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
