Kevin and Michelle Soelberg bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 28410 Waring Place in Agoura Hills from Wachovia Mortgage and Wells Fargo Bank for $462,000 on Oct. 27.

The property was transferred to Wachovia Mortgage and Wells Fargo Bank on Aug. 23. The 1,350-square-foot
home in East Agoura was built in 1979.

Mr. Soelberg has served as a stair builder and trim installer at Stairs and Trim, an Agoura Hills-based provider of fine interior wood stairs and architectural millwork.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 218 home sales in Agoura Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $520,000.
