Beth Anne Manke bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 5440 E. Rosebay St. in Long Beach from Dermot M. Leech and Susan Leech for $430,000 on Oct. 26.

The Leeches acquired the property in June 2008. The 1,017-square-foot house was built in 1950 in South of Conant.

Manke is a CPA who operates her own private practice in Quartz Hill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,771 home sales in Long Beach during the past 12 months, with a median price of $300,000.
