Ashok Tanwar and Jyoti Rathore bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 25769 Perlman Place Unit D in Santa Clarita Valley from ING Bank for $265,000 on Oct. 28.

The condo, which is 1,232-square-foot in size, is in the Stevenson Ranch.

Tanwar is a SAP consultant at Arvato Digital Services, a division of the international media company Bertelsmann. He previously was a software engineer at Tata Infotech.

He attended University of Rajasthan and Birla Institute of Technology.

Rathore is an assistant vice president and commercial products underwriter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

She has a B.A. and an M.A. in economics from University of Rajasthan. She also holds an M.B.A. in finance from California State University-Northridge.

Tanwar and Rathore also own a home at 17676 Medley Ridge Drive in Santa Clarita Valley, purchased for $590,000 in June 2005, and a condo at 27044 Victoria Lane in Santa Clarita, purchased for $259,000 in Nov. 2009.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 360 condo sales in Santa Clarita Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $308,000.
