Vazquez paid $475,000 for the property in May 2003. The 1,625-square-foot house was built in 1949 in McLaughlin.

Dr. Allgeyer is an anesthesiologist in Los Angeles.

He earned his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. He completed his residency in family medicine at Northridge Hospital Medical Center and his residency in anesthesiology at UCLA Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 256 home sales in Culver City during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $505,000.
