Kristy Thuy Lam and Cam Thy Le sold a one-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1130 S. Flower St. Unit #411 in Downtown Los Angeles to Eleanor and Kevin Breene Murphy for $400,000 on Oct. 28.

Lam and Le paid $814,000 for the condo in Dec. 2005. The Flower Street Lofts was built in 2003 in Downtown Los Angeles and houses 91 units.

Lam has served as an assistant designer and a manufacturing production manager at Little Mass. Previously, she worked under the mentorship of Monique Lhuillier, Max Studio, Patagonio and Betsey Johnson.

She was also an office assistant at the Fashion Institution of Design and Merchandising and an instructional aide at the West San Gabriel Valley Center Career Partners.

She received her associate degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing and her bachelor's degree from the Otis College of Art and Design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 264 condo sales in Downtown Los Angeles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
