Eduardo Castellon and Lorenzo Vega bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 12137 Orr And Day Road in Norwalk from Claudia Ramirez Silva and Jeffrey Silva for $300,000 in Oct. 28.

The Silvas acquired the property for $208,000 in July 2002. The 1,373-square-foot house, which was built in 1951, is in Norwalk Hills.

Castellon is a wildland firefighter at the U.S. Forest Service. He previously was an apprentice at the said agency. Beforehand, he was affiliated with Monarch Ski Area.

He attended Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 959 home sales in Norwalk during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $270,000.
