Michael paid $1.75 million for the property in Nov. 2005. The 3,294-square-foot home was built in 1949.

Inzel is a loan agent at Surety Financial Services in Sherman Oaks.

She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Inzel and Alex Guralnik sold a condo at 9000 Cynthia St. Unit #202 in West Athens / Westmont for $717,000 in Sept. 2005.

Michael also sold a home at 4213 Cromwell Ave. in Griffith Park/Los Feliz for $775,000 on May 13.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in Griffith Park/Los Feliz during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $850,000.
