Catherine M. McCleary bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 13075 Pacific Promenade Unit #409 in Del Rey from Christel Chaunsumlit for $455,000 on Oct. 27.

Chaunsumlit paid $605,000 for the property in April 2007. The 1,210-square-foot unit is part of the 13075 Pacific Promenade condo development, which was built in 2003.

McCleary is a lawyer at Lurie, Zepeda, Schmalz & Hogan.

She received her J.D. in 2005 from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. in history and political science from UCLA.

Chaunsumlit serves as the owner of Cestelon Luxury Goods. Prior to that, she was a training director at LVMH. She also worked as senior training manager at Montblanc, and national training manager at Intercosmetics.

She holds a B.A. in marketing from The University of Memphis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 165 condo sales in Del Rey during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $560,000.
