The 3,532-square-foot house was built in 1948. Spychalski acquired the property for $1.599 million in March 2004.

Moyer serves as a partner and chair of land, environment and energy division in the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.

He specializes on legal matters involving clean air, clean water, hazardous waste, CERCLA, oil spills, and emergency response among many others.

He holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.A. from USC.

Dr. Spychalski is an orthopaedic surgeon in Torrance. He is affiliated with Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Los Alamitos Medical Center, and Monterey Park Hospital to name a few.

He earned his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his residencies at the UCLA Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 180 home sales in Mar Vista during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $705,000.
