Kerendian and Youssian paid $2.606 million in July 2005. The 1,831-square-foot home was built in 1924 in Central Beverly Hills.

Dr. Cohen-Gadol works as a dentist.

Tabibi practices as a lawyer. He specializes in real estate, business law and litigation.

He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his law degree from the William Mitchell College.

Youssian is the founder of KC Jewelry, a manufacturer of invisible set jewelry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 220 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.565 million.
