Mark Catania and Sarah Catania bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 9477 Gloaming Drive in Beverly Crest from Beth Mayer and Jonathan Mayer for $1.515 million on Nov. 1.

The property was previously acquired for $1.9 million in June 2007. The 3,089-square-foot house was built in 1957.

Mr. Catania is the vice president of Chanin Capital partners. Beforehand, he was a principal at Ellipsis Capital. He also worked as an associate at The Catalyst Capital Group and an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

He received his degree in business from The University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 163 home sales in Beverly Crest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,247,500.
