Eric Binmoeller bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2410 Vasanta Way in Hollywood from David Frank Henderson for $775,000 on Sept. 28.

Henderson acquired the property for $1.02 million on Feb. 2006.

Binmoeller is an editor, assistant editor, transcript writer and assistant casting coordinator at various television productions.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 646 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $767,500.
