Ellen J. Shadur sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12643 Sarah St. in Studio City to Larry E. Reibman for $926,000 on Dec. 1.

Shadur paid $740,000 for the property in Feb. 2001. The 2,182-square-foot house was built in 1938.

Ms. Shadur is a partner in the Los Angeles Office of the law firm Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, where she represents public and private entities in employment and labor matters.

She received her B.A. from Wellesley College and her J.D. from Yale Law School.

Mr. Reibman is a director of photography at CBS/Paramount Television.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 393 home sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $663,500.
