Ross paid $465,000 for Unit #8 in April 2004. The 1,378-square-foot is part of the 2309 Marshallfield Lane development, which was built in 1984 inNorth Redondo Beach.

Ms. Ross is a senior vice president of sales and marketing at Anschutz Entertainment Group, a sporting and music entertainment company. Prior to that, she was the firm's senior vice president of sales.Before joining AEG, she was the vice president of sales for the Los Angeles Kings.

She attended Florida State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 297 condo sales in Redondo Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $630,000.
