The Reusches paid $889,000 for the property in Aug. 2005. The 2,166-square-foot house was built in 1936 in Belmont Shore.

Ms. Reusch serves as the chief operating officer of Lalonde Equipment Rental, an equipment rental company.

Ms. Reusch bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 210 Glendora Ave. in Long Beach for $830,000 in Sept. 2003.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,589 home sales in Long Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
