Nick H. Yokogawa and his wife, Anne Marie, bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 815 Pearl in Redondo Beach from Peter Kelley for $1 million on Dec. 2.

The 2,469-square-foot house was built in 1947 in South Redondo Beach.

Mr. Yokogawa is a sales consultant at Synthes, a global medical device company. He formerly worked as sales consultant at Berlex Laboratories.

He attended Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 587 home sales in Redondo Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $660,000.
