Daniel Palladino and his wife, Amy Sherman-Palladino, bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 902 Milwood Ave. in Venice from Astrakan Realty LLC for $1.25 million on Dec. 3.

The 1,800-square-foot house was built in 1924.

Mr. Palladino was the former producer, writer and director of Gilmore Girls. He is also one of the producers of Family Guy and the executive producer of The Return of Jezebel James.

Mrs. Sherman-Palladino is the creator and executive producer of Gilmore Girls.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 354 home sales in Venice during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $810,000.
