Nurry A. Hong and Hsin Yee Cindy Wang bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 805 Bramble Way in Brentwood from Charles and Nicole Kaplan for $1.57 million on Dec. 3.

The Kaplans acquired the property for $1.95 million in May 2007. The 2,535-square-foot house was built in 1977.

Mr. Hong is a vice president at L.E.K. Consulting-Los Angeles, a global strategy consulting firm. He specializes in biopharmaceuticals and life sciences, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 276 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median price of $1.26 million.
