Gloria Teschner and her husband, Peter, bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4455 Los Feliz Blvd. in Griffith Park/Los Feliz from Matthew S. Phillips for $535,000 on Dec. 3.

Phillips paid $580,000 for the property in May 2007. The 1,071-square-foot Unit#908 is part of the Los Feliz Towers development, which was built in 1966.

Ms. Teschner serves as the vice president at the Downtown Women's Center, a nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides meals, permanent supportive housing apartment, and a wide array of health, education, and other supportive services to homeless and very low-income women each year.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 18 condo sales in Griffith Park/Los Feliz during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
