Sony business analyst takes Rancho Park 2BD condo

Medium bd091aac263614f3092a7177763dee3c Martin Belafsky bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2219 S. Bentley Ave. in Rancho Park from Stephen A. Wyler and Elizabeth Cantillon Wyler for $470,000 on Dec. 3.

The Wylers paid $539,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 1,234-square-foot Unit #101 is part of the 2219 S. Bentley Ave. development built in 1981.

Mr. Belafsky is an actor and comedian who serves as a business analyst of corporate operations at Sony Pictures Entertainment. He previously served as an intern of digital entertainment strategy and operations at NBC Universal.

He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and earned a B.A. in business economics and history from Brown University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 12 condo sales in Rancho Park during the past 12 months.
