The 1,723-square-foot condo is part of the Palisades Highlands Condos. It was built in 1976.

Mr. Midwin is the director of finance at The1stMovement, a full-service digital agency that offers innovative solutions for interactive marketing. Before, he was a consultant at Manifold and a controller at Focus on Cars.

He attended Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 30 condo sales in Pacific Palisades during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $695,000.
