Hema Mulchandani bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1325 Cambridge Drive in Glendale from Kenneth C. Pittenger for $450,000 on Dec. 7.

Pittenger paid $224,000 for the property in May 2000. The 1,048-square-foot house was built in 1925 in Adams Hill.

Ms. Mulchandani is a motion graphics producer who presently works as senior producer with BUSTER, a graphics and animation studio and a division of Stun Creative, one of the leading television marketing agencies in Hollywood. She previously worked as a designer and animator with Blissium and Troika Design Group.

She attended Savannah College of Art and Design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,154 home sales in Glendale during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $475,000.
