The 1,171-square-foot house was built in 1942.

The Morras are the owners of Da Pasquale Trattoria, a family-run Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills. They opened the restaurant in 1989.

The Morras also own a home at 7433 Stewart Ave. in Westchester/LAX and a condo at 420 S. San Pedro St. in Downtown Los Angeles.
