Haas and Brown paid $520,000 for the property in Nov. 2007. The 1,088-square-foot Unit #366 is part of the 2800 Plaza Del Amo development in West Torrance.

Mr. Darmawan is an information technology manager and web application developer at Emblem, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of school emblems. He is also a web application developer for Reelplay.com and for PRIVY.net.

He attended Surabaya Technical High School, Surabaya University and the University of California-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 209 condo sales in Torrance during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $460,000.
