In Houston, especially in the Inner Loop, houses are selling quickly if they are priced correctly. It’s also good to remember that there’s a common sense relationship between the amount of time a home sits on the market and what happens in the negotiation process. Buyers won’t want to be outbid, so they’ll make an offer quickly if they think the price of a home is reasonable.
