Sean Hanish and Kiley Hanish have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4212 Via Nivel in Palos Verdes Estates for $1.079 million.

The Hanishes paid $1.19 million for the property in Feb. 2005. The 1,881-square-foot house was built in 1952.

Sean Hanish is a multi-award-winning director and writer and a member of the Directors' Guild of America. He is a co-founder of Donkey on the Edge Productions, and is the creative director and owner of Cannonball Production, a full-service commercial production company.

He began his career by writing, directing, and producing spots and campaigns for advertising agencies and production companies, such as CBS and the NCAA. He holds a master of arts degree from the University of Southern California School of Cinema Television.

According to BlockShopper.com,, there were 68 home sales in Palos Verdes Estates in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.359 million.
