Charles Ernest Schwenck has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 3275 Mandeville Canyon Road in Brentwood for $2.895 million.

Mr. Schwenck bought the property for $1.398 million in Sept. 2002. The 3,693-square-foot house was built in 2001.

Schwenck is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Greenberg Traurig, where is co-chair of the firm's energy and natural resources practice. Past experiences include as senior vice president and general counsel of LG&E Power Systems, as general counsel of Fluor Corp., and as division counsel for the Bechtel Group's Power Division.

He earned his B.A. and his J.D. from the University of California–Berkeley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 229 home sales in Brentwood in 2008, with median sales price of $975,000.
