Mr. Beisswanger has served as the president of the West Region for national homebuilder Ryland Homes.

Before joining Ryland, he served as the president and CEO of Alpine Capital LLC in Encino. He earned his bachelor's in business economics from UCLA.

Ms. Beisswanger has been a paralegal at ZAG, an internet company. She attended UCLA.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were five home sales in Hidden Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $4 million.
