Chad Brownstein has listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 201 N. Saltair Ave. in Brentwood for $3.599 million.

The Brownsteins paid $3.635 million for the property in March 2006. The 3,503-square-foot house was built in 1956.

The Fiedlers of Teles Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Brownstein serves as the managing partner and owner of ITU Ventures, a Los Angeles investment firm focusing on technology businesses. Prior to founding ITU Ventures, he was a member of Merchant Banking Division of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Inc. He also worked in the investment banking division at DLJ.

He received a B.A. from Tulane and attended Columbia Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 41 home sales in Brentwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $875,000.
