Mert Beraze and Isak Beraze have listed for sale a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 10800 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood for $1.995 million.

The Berazes paid $1.375 million for Unit #402 in July 2006. The Californian was built in 2005 and houses 80 units.

Team Mills of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the condo.

Beraze is the president at Bryce and Bouji and the owner of Raison D'etre. Both are clothing companies.

He received his B.A. in international relations and business management from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 124 condo sales in Westwood with a median sales price of $637,500.
