Laura McGuigan has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1307 N. Orange Grove Ave. in Hollywood for $1.399 million.

McGuigan paid $1.45 million for the property in Aug. 2005. The 2,163-square-foot house was built in 1919.

Paul Kellogg of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

McGuigan is principal and director of Equity Trading at Transamerica Investment Management in Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 456 sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median sales price of $715,000.
