CBS comedy exec asking $2.695M in Brentwood

Medium acfb9beb8a1f37c8016660b3803b2d51 Wendi Trilling and Stephen Trilling have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 339 N. Bowling Green Way in Brentwood for $2.695 million.

The Trillings paid $2.285 million for the property in May 2004. The 3,894-square-foot house was built in 1937.

James Hancock of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Ms. Trilling is executive vice president of Comedy Development at CBS Entertainment. She's held the position since 2004, and has worked for the company since 1990.

Since joining CBS, she's had a hand in the development of some of the network's biggest hits, including "Everybody Loves Raymond," "Two and a Half Men," "King of Queens" and "How I Met Your Mother."

Prior to joining CBS, she was a senior copywriter at BBK Advertising in Boston. She earned B.A. in screen studies from Clark University in Worcester, Mass.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 226 sales in Brentwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $977,500.
