Bruno Mascolo and his wife, Kyara Mascolo have listed for sale an eight-bedroom, 14-bath home at 26901 Laurie Dr. in Malibu for $12.5 million.

The Mascolos paid $10.5 million for the property in Feb. 2006. The 9,971-square-foot house was built in 1990 in Central Malibu.

Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker-Malibu West is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Mascolo serves as the founding chairman and chief executive officer of TIGI/Toni & Guy USA, an Italian hairdressing company. He founded the company with his brother in London in 1963.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 106 home sales in Malibu in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.2 million.
