The Tals paid $1.51 million for the property in June 2006. The 1,352-square-foot house was built in 1936.

Valerie Cuny of Keller Williams Realty Beverly Hill is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Tal is president at Executive Stone Trading, an importer, manufacturer and distributor of natural stones based in Hollywood.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 317 sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $655,000.
