Medium 1ac7f4043b86b71fb5c19f53b749797f Craig W. Nickoloff has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 339 S. Orange Dr. in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park for $1.8 million.

Nickoloff paid $1.06 million for the property in Nov. 2006. The 3,245-square-foot house was built in 1926.

Nickoloff is chairman at The Nickoloff Cos., a privately held company that operates companies in the hospitality and real estate industries. The company is based in Irvine.

He is also the founder of the Claim Jumper Restaurant chain, which was founded in 1977 and has locations in eight different states. He attended Long Beach State University.
